Getting started
ReviewBot monitors your Google Business Profile for new customer reviews every hour. When a new review comes in, our AI drafts a professional response in your tone of voice and emails it to you for approval. You click Approve and it posts instantly to Google — or you can edit it first. You are always in control of what gets posted.
After signing up and completing payment, you will be taken to a Google sign-in screen. Sign in with the Google account that manages your Business Profile and grant ReviewBot access to your reviews. Setup takes under 2 minutes and requires no technical knowledge.
Yes. ReviewBot only requests access to your Google Business Profile reviews and the ability to post replies on your behalf — nothing else. We never access your emails, contacts, or any other Google data. All data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption. We will never post a response without your explicit approval.
Under 2 minutes. You enter your business name and type, complete payment, then connect your Google account. ReviewBot starts monitoring immediately. You can customise your response tone and style from your dashboard at any time.
Reviews & responses
On the Standard plan, ReviewBot drafts responses for 3, 4, and 5-star reviews. 1 and 2-star reviews require a more nuanced response and are not currently included in the Standard plan.
ReviewBot checks your Google Business Profile every hour for new reviews. On the Standard plan, responses are batched and sent as a digest email — 3-star reviews are sent within 24 hours, and 4 and 5-star reviews within 48 hours. This keeps your inbox manageable rather than sending an email for every single review.
Yes — always. Every draft response is emailed to you with an Approve button and an Edit button. Clicking Edit takes you to an edit page where you can modify the response before it goes live. Once you are happy, click Post and it goes straight to Google. You are always in full control of what gets posted to your Google Business Profile.
Nothing gets posted. ReviewBot never posts a response without your explicit approval. If you do not take any action, the draft simply sits in your dashboard waiting. You will receive a reminder if a review goes unanswered for an extended period.
During setup you describe how your responses should sound — for example: "Warm and friendly, family-run restaurant. Always use the customer's name if mentioned. Sign off as Marco and the team." ReviewBot uses this as a standing instruction for every response it drafts. You can update it at any time from your settings.
Billing & cancellation
ReviewBot is £39/month on the Standard plan. There are no setup fees, no contracts, and no lock-in. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard.
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard — go to Plan and click Cancel subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again. No need to contact us.
Your account settings, tone of voice, and response history are kept for 365 days after your access ends — so if you come back, everything is exactly as you left it. After 365 days, all data is permanently deleted in line with our Privacy Policy. You can also request immediate deletion by emailing yourreviewbot.app@gmail.com.
Log in to your dashboard and go to Billing. From there you can access the Stripe billing portal to update your card details securely. All payments are processed by Stripe — ReviewBot never stores your card information.
If a payment fails, we will email you straight away with a link to update your payment details. Stripe will automatically retry the payment up to 4 times over 2 weeks. If all retries fail, your subscription will be cancelled automatically and you will be notified by email.
Technical
Currently ReviewBot supports one Google Business Profile per account. Multi-location support is on our roadmap. If you manage multiple locations, please email us at yourreviewbot.app@gmail.com and we will let you know when it is available.
Currently ReviewBot supports Google Business Profile reviews only. Support for Trustpilot and other platforms is on our roadmap.
